Mission Statement:
The purpose of Real Talk & Expedition Outreach is to build a community of acceptance & support while bringing awareness to all mental health related issues. Real Talk & Expedition Outreach will fulfil its mission by utilizing real life experiences, open discussion and outdoor activities. All accompanied by the understanding “It’s ok to not be ok”.
Real Talk & Expedition Outreach’s volunteers are not only a key part of our success but also just like you. We all have daily struggles and challenges that we concur through our community of support.
We strives to ensure that everyone feels a sense of calm, acceptance and encouragement while developing/building the awareness, ability and readiness to overcome the obstacles or challenges we face together.

R.E.D. Friday was created to remind people of our heroes overseas and show that we are thinking of them. People across the country wear red every Friday to serve as a reminder and spread the message of how important it is that we keep our troops in our thoughts.
